Ok, znalazlem cos takiego na forum EA i pomoglo 
1. Run the Origin and delete one by one all your friends.
2. When you friends list will be empty of Origin comes in "Settings (Settings)."
3. Then see where you keep the "installers games" in which folder. Memorize, or press a button "Back to the installers games." Folder opens.
4. Close the Origin.
5. Next you should see a folder with the name of your e-mail address, you go into it.
6. A file called "OfflineCache" must be removed. Remove it.
7. Restart the Origin.
8. Add all friends again.
